Installation method
1. Pull the horizontal line according to the required horizontal height, and pull it vertically and horizontally;
2. Hang the light steel keel (38 or 50 keel) at a suitable spacing, generally 1-1.2 meters, and the distance of the hanging rod is distributed according to the regulations of the light steel keel;
3. Be sure to wear gloves when installing the square pass. If you accidentally leave fingerprints or stains, you can wash it with detergent and water and wipe it dry;
4. Install the hanging parts pre-installed on the keel and the square pass keel under the light steel keel. The spacing between the square pass keels is generally 1 meter. After all are installed, they must be adjusted to the level;
5. Hang the aluminum veneer/wood grain aluminum veneer/aluminum veneer ceiling series on the keel in sequence, and then press down the inverted lock piece. The end of the square pass should maintain a distance of 0mm or 20mm.
Main precautions for the installation of aluminum veneers:
1. Handle with care during transportation. A violent impact will damage the edges and corners of the aluminum veneer and its surface, thus affecting the construction and wasting money.
2. During the installation of the aluminum veneer, pay attention to protecting the board surface. Do not let the board surface touch the ground to avoid scratching the decorative surface.
3. The variety, quality, color, pattern, and lines of the aluminum veneer should meet the design requirements and should have a product certificate.
4. If the curtain wall frame uses a steel keel, its specifications and shape should meet the design requirements, and rust removal and rust prevention should be carried out.
5. When installing aluminum veneers, when there are no special requirements for the design, try to use core-pulling aluminum rivets, and rubber rings must be placed in the middle. The spacing between core-pulling rivets should be controlled within 100-150mm.
6. After the installation of the aluminum veneer is completed, be sure to tear off the protective film after 3 days. It will be difficult to tear off after a long time, and it will affect the appearance after tearing off.
